This is the only book that I have read more than once. So much information in only pages and it is written to you not at you. Captain Doug answers all the questions you have ever had about flying but were afraid to ask: e. I wont tell you but you can find the 'who would have thunk it' answer in the book.
I would highly recommend that you take this book with you on your next Trans-Atlantic flight so you can fly along with Capt. Doug as he tells you what is going on during his Toronto to Hong Kong flight. This really is a must read, for everyone who ever stopped and watched planes land on the side of road, or just loved the thrill of being a passenger for the first time. Thank you Captain Doug for writing this book! Date published: Such an awesome book, definitely inspired me. Checks over many phases of flight, from weather phenomenon over the arctic to the weight of a coat of paint on an Air Canada Boeing Great read, recommend it to ANY Canadian aviation enthusiast, big or small.
